ABOUT RESTORE & TRANSFORM

Senior Golfers Outdoors

Restore and Transform Wellness Group will guide senior adults to an optimal level of wellness by restoring their  health, strength, and vitality while transforming them into confident persons of resilience with a mindset of purposeful longevity.​

Restore and Transform Wellness Group was formed in November 2025. It came about as a result of years and years of observing most people enjoying their early and mid years, but succumbing to sickness and decline in their later years. It’s a reality that’s perpetuated by a mindset of acceptance that this process is inevitable. We plan on challenging this reality by perpetuating a new mindset that we were born to live long and strong; and until we’re satisfied. 

RESTORE & TRANSFORM PROGRAMS

Program Management

Several members of the Board of Directors will have a role in the program management. Christopher Spellman who serves as Planning Manager will have a vital role, as well as Barry Ford who is our Lead Trainer and Robin Totten our Primary Educator. Michelle Spellman, who is our Data Analyst will track all vital statistics. 

Fitness Classes

60 minute Low-medium impact full body workouts will be held 2 days per week. Yoga classes will be held 2 evenings per month. Aerobic classes will be held 2 evenings month. 

Nutrition Classes

Monthly nutrition seminars will include information about proven studies on food, nutrients and vitamins and supplements that are not always readily available. 

Social Gatherings

Monthly movie nights be a staple of our social festivities. We will also have line dancing, paint parties, and bingo nights.
